Buttons & Bows has been a favorite stop for the perfect baby gift, birthday gift, dedication gown, first day of school outfit, oh-so-cute shoes or just plain fun everyday wear. Our website is new and we are so excited to give our customers greater access to their favorite brands. While we are doing our best to provide an extensive selection online, it is a work in progress, and our store front is still our largest home. If you don’t see something you’re looking for online, please give us a call. It may be something we carry in-store only, or have not loaded on the site. Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to exchange or receive your store credit. You can always contact us with any questions or concerns at nanjemison@gmail.com.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsUnfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
